Deep Focus has hired Amy Eagle as managing director, a new position at the interactive agency, and promoted Ken Kraemer to executive creative director. He is the first person to serve in that capacity.
Eagle, 40, was previously general manager at mobile marketing agency The Hyperfactory. She began her career on the West Coast at agencies like Wieden + Kennedy, McCann Erickson and DDB. In 2003, she moved to New York, where she led communications planning at Carat and also worked at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners as director of client services.
