For many LGBTQ+ people, coming out is a lifelong process that occurs over every sector of their lives. Yet, saying it to family and friends is often the hardest, and the responses an LGBTQ+ person receives can make or break relationships for years to come.

Continuing its partnership with the United States’ first organization for the LGBTQ+ community, their family and their friends, PFLAG National, Oreo has teamed with creators Zipeng Zhu, Braulio Amado, Kris Andrew Small, and Phædra Charles to create a series of images entitled “Proud Words.”
