Former TBS executive Dennis Quinn has joined Channel M, an out-of-home video network, as president of sales and marketing, a newly-created position, the company announced Wednesday (June 11). He was formerly executive vp of business development for TBS.

In his new position, Quinn will be responsible for expanding Channel M’s existing networks and adding new retailers to Channel M’s growing distribution in thousands of stores and restaurants.

The appointment follows Channel M’s recently-completed round of funding that included $6 million from Intel Capital, the first investment by Intel Capital in the out-of-home business.

“This new position of president of sales and marketing combined with the recent addition of our new chief strategy and technology officer has created a very dynamic and experienced leadership team,” said David Teichner, CEO of Channel M.
