Facebook said at its F8 Refresh developers event Wednesday that its Messenger API for Instagram is now available to all developers building messaging experiences on the photo- and video-sharing network.
Business accounts on Instagram seeking access to the application-programming interface will be granted access through a phased approach, and further updates are available here.
