Crispin Porter + Bogusky, a month after splitting with longtime creative leader Rob Reilly, has recast its top management.

Steve Erich, a 10-year veteran of the agency who most recently was a partner and managing director, assumes the role of president—succeeding Jeff Steinhour, a founding partner who shifts to vice chairman.
