TikTok kicked off global campaign and creative video series #CreateKindness Wednesday with the aim of raising awareness around online bullying and how we can all choose kindness.

Director of creator community, TikTok U.S. Kudzi Chikumbu and director of policy, TikTok U.S. Tara Wadhwa said in a blog post Wednesday that videos on the platform using hashtags related to kindness have tallied over 400 billion views and generated almost 50 billion video creations globally, adding that heart stickers and creative effects have been added to more than 2 billion videos worldwide in the past year, most often in Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, the Philippines and the U.S.
