New York / Heidelberg, 12 December 2012–Springer and the Italian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (SIUMB) have agreed to a five-year partnership to publish the Journal of Ultrasound, starting in 2013 with Volume 16. Appearing quarterly, the Journal of Ultrasound is the official journal of SIUMB. It will be available exclusively in electronic format on SpringerLink. It was formerly published by Elsevier.
The Journal of Ultrasound deals with significant advances in the physics, engineering and technology of ultrasound in medicine and biology.
