McGraw-Hill Education will transform its processing and management systems with the help of Oracle and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). McGraw-Hill Education’s Global transformation Project will enhance e-business and digital product distribution and support. Among its benefits, the initiative will lower costs, improve customer service and provide better information management decision-making. It will also improve the company’s capacity to meet future projections on sales and inventory, according to reports.

Bill Pratt, McGraw-Hill Education’s CIO, and Frank Lawton, vice president and Global Transformation Project program director, will lead the initiative among all company business units.
