Instagram rolled out enhanced tags Monday, calling it a better way for creators to designate their specific contributions to photos or videos.

With enhanced tags, creators’ self-designated profile category on their professional accounts can be displayed in their people tag.

Instagram explained in a blog post, “if you’re a makeup artist, songwriter or other significant collaborator on a post, your contributions will be more visible in the post.”

The platform added, “As creators collaborate, inspire each other and drive culture forward on Instagram, proper crediting has never been more important.
