(Press Release) Hunt Valley, MD—The American Public Health Association has enlisted The Sheridan Group’s services to develop and launch an iOS and Android-compatible app, providing mobile access to The Nation’s Health newspaper. Content from the publication can be viewed as full-page expandable images or as individual text articles. The app, which debuted with the September 2011 issue of the newspaper through both Apple and Android app stores, is currently free for all users.

The Nation’s Health app features patent-pending Media Deck technology, allowing advertisers to incorporate web content and interactivity into the app simply by inserting a URL into the digital edition.
