Moderator Merrill Brown to white-haired man holding microphone in audience asking a question: “Could you please identify yourself?”
White-haired man: “I’m Richard Dreyfuss and I’m here as a speaker in today’s organization.”
As in the actor. Who’ll be presenting “Big Idea #2” later today (BI #1 was “media and the connected society” which was a U.N. mucky muck talking about media in the developing world.) Dreyfuss basically went on to make a speech, partly from notes, about how the “imperative of speed” in today’s media world has done away with our ability to think or ruminate.
