Wall Street Journal to Add e-Books to Best-Seller Lists

The Wall Street Journal has decided to start showing some love to the world of e-books. Starting this weekend, the paper will include e-books in its best-seller lists, which had previously only included hardcover and paperback books. The list will be gathered by Nielsen BookScan.

Much like the New York Times’ best-seller lists, the Journal’s will be broken into four groups: e-book and physical sales for fiction and nonfiction, and e-book sales only for fiction and nonfiction.

The Journal’s lists won’t feature number of copies sold, just rankings, which is probably much to the dismay of authors looking to do some bragging.
