Even a porn star can be a little NIMBY. Charles Peyton, aka bi porn star Jeff Stryker, is on what appears to be a five-year rant about Kulak's Woodshed, a music venue that has the misfortune of being in too close a striking distance to Stryker's back yard. The "Carey Grant of porn" (according to John Waters)claims Woodshed owner Paul Ashley Kulak is a criminal, councilwoman Wendy Greuel is a stooge and Stryker himself is Jesus. To wit: I have had my professional cameraman tape an Pro Mini DVCam all hearings and evidence (over 100 hours of tape) plus I have proof Kulak never used the parking he presented to the Planning commission. The TRO he speaks of was an attempt to stop my filming which I will show you a copy tomorrow at the interview. They claim this is Porn against Music was Kulaks attempt to gather media exposure. Actually it is more like Jesus at his crucifixion, with politics allowing a criminal to go free. Mrs. Wendy Greuel decided a criminal is to be pardoned (Kulaks woodshed) and allowed to operate with multiple violations and against criminal court orders not to operate and a law abiding office (Mine, Mr. Brittens) denied rights to peaceful enjoyment because he was a porn star. By no means is Jeff Stryker like Jesus but the injustice was the same subjecting Mr. Stryker to 5 years of nightly torture while Mrs. Greuel protected a criminal operation. If you look up variance, a parcel of land has to be entitled to one, not a business and that parcel of land is not entitled to a variance According to a nice lady at Greuel's office, Kulak has filed for the additional variances he needs and is going through the legal process of staying open.
