Newsmax Will Expand
The conservative media company Newsmax plans to add around 26 to the editorial team over the next 18 months. Founder Christopher Ruddy told the New York Post Keith Kelly that the company has $2 million at its disposal and it will use the money to grow its editorial staff.
It will increase its New York office by 20 or so journalists and editors, while starting a Washington, D.C. bureau with 6 journalists. Newsmax is a conservative media company that gears its coverage the 50 and older crowd.
