New York Names Jennifer Miller as Photography Director

New York has named Jennifer Miller as its new photography director. She starts after Labor Day, but will start contributing in advance of her arrival.
Miller comes from the photo director spot at Cosmopolitan, a job she held since 2009. She’s also worked at Jane and Magnum Photos, among other places. She replaces Jody Quon. Stefano Tonchi hired Quon in April to be W‘s creative director.
“Jennifer’s background is gloriously eclectic; she brings experience navigating all points on the art/commerce continuum. Her superb taste is evident in all things she does,” said New York editor Adam Moss in a statement. “I think her impact here will be pretty immediate.”
