presents: How to Write a Flawless Nonfiction Book Proposal

Did you see ‘Capote?’ Sure you did. And I’m sure that, like me, you were gripped by the story of a man turning his soul into contortions in order to write one of the lasting non-fiction works of the century.

What you might not know is that before Capote wrote ‘In Cold Blood,’ he had to write a book proposal. (Maybe they’ll cover this in the prequel.) I’m told he had a really tough time. If only he had been able to attend ‘How to Write a Flawless Nonfiction Book Proposal,’ a seminar that this blog’s imperial overlord is offering TONIGHT. It’s taught by experienced book- and magazine- writer Laurel House, and if you go, you’ll learn everything you’ll need to get cracking. More info here.
