Make-A-Wish With Dinosaurs

FBLA is a media partner Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. We will be bringing you stories all season long about the children the organization assists.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Los Angeles Celebrated 5-year-old Jaden Salmeron’s wish to have a dinosaur play area in his back yard as part of the 2010 Season of Wishes® Campaign, last Thursday, at the Americana at Brand in Glendale. With the help of UCLA Chi Omega chapter, who sponsored Jaden’s wish and flooded The Americana at Brand in dinosaur masks and costumes, as well as the Los Angeles Natural History Museum, who provided a seven-foot animatronics T-Rex dinosaur, the foundation was able to bring the prehistoric creatures to life and surprise Jaden with a magical night.

Jaden’s wish will be one of the hundreds of wishes granted to children with life threatening medical conditions throughout November and December as part of Season of Wishes. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles hopes to bring holiday joy to the Los Angeles community as it watches a child’s wish come true right in front of its eyes.
