LA Film Festival Announces Lineup

Last night, the LA Film Festival hosted a free screening of Pretty In Pink at LA Live in celebration of the announcement of its festival lineup. We were supposed to go to the event, but got caught up in traffic. So we went to Ikea instead. Sad. To make things worse, they were out of Swedish meatballs. … Our brain was disappointed but our colon tells us we’re probably better off.

Anyway, even though we didn’t make it to the event, we did get a hold of the festival lineup–which looks impressive. We’re not going to post the whole thing because it’s fairly extensive. You can take a peek here. However, it looks like the festival will host a series of free public screenings. Seven of them to be exact. No exact screening dates or times have been announced yet, but we’ve posted the list of films after the jump.
