KSNV Anchor Files Discrimination Suit
Las Vegas anchor Sue Manteris has filed suit against her employer, charging them with age, race, and gender discrimination, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
Manteris is Asian and over 40, and alleges that last summer her boss, news director Bob Stodal, “moved her from the 11 p.m. newscast to the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts and replaced her with a younger, white female who had little or no anchor experience.” She’s been with the station more than 20 years.
