High Five for Hallmark Promotion

Hallmark Magazine, one of the few success stories in magazinedom in part because of its unique strategies, is promoting one of its own. Amy Palanjian, who joined the magazine in 2006 as an assistant editor before moving to associate editor, will be the new lifestyle editor.

Before coming to Hallmark, Palanjian was an editorial business assistant at Organic Style.

Since its launch in ’06, the magazine has shown continued growth under editor-in-chief Lisa Benenson. It will raise its rate base to 800,000 with the February, 2009 issue.


Hallmark Magazine has announced the promotion of Amy Palanjian to Lifestyle Editor.

Palanjian brings strong editorial experience to the table in her new role as Lifestyle Editor. After joining the magazine in 2006 as an Assistant Editor, she was promoted to Associate Editor where she was responsible for the Cultural and Food sections and wrote features about entertaining, lifestyle and products. Previously, she served as editorial business assistant at Organic Style.
