Facebook: Here’s How to See Who You’ve Unfollowed on Mobile

Follow our guide to see the friends, pages and groups you've unfollowed

Have you ever wanted to see a list of the Facebook friends, pages and groups you’ve unfollowed? Our guide will show you how to access this list within the Facebook mobile application, and how to re-follow friends, pages and groups once you’re there.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the Facebook app on iOS.

Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Tap “Settings.”

Step 3: Tap “News Feed Preferences.”

Step 4: Tap “Reconnect with people you unfollowed.” This will bring you to a list of every friend, page and group you currently have set to “unfollowed.”

Step 5 (optional): If you wish to re-follow a friend, page or group you previously unfollowed, simply tap their profile picture to re-follow them. If you tap the wrong picture or change your mind about re-following a friend, page or group (before leaving this screen), you can tap their profile picture again to once again unfollow them.

Finally, if you need help finding the friend, page or group you wish to re-follow, scroll down slowly until a search bar and sort button appear at the top of the screen. Tap the search bar to search for a specific friend, page or group, or tap the sort button to sort and/or filter your “unfollowed” list.

The image below shows the available sorting and filtering options.
