Every Day W/ Rachael Ray Gets New Exec Editor
It looks like Every Day with Rachael Ray has a new executive editor. The New York Post reports that Theresa O’Rourke of Cosmopolitan has landed the job. The Post‘s Keith J. Kelly describes O’Rourke’s hiring as a “raid” on Cosmopolitan by Readers Digest Association CEO Mary Berner:
Berner’s raid on Hearst’s second most profitable magazine has to warm her competitive heart, especially since she lost Every Day’s last executive editor, Maile Carpenter, and Lifestyle Editor Tracy Saelinger to Hearst, where they are working on that secret start-up project.
