Even though we remain divided on the subject as to whether or not ”60 Minutes” actually jumped the shark with the brisk (and involuntary) exit of Don Hewitt, Bob Simon — he had us at ”The Ship Breakers of Bangladesh” — is a compelling reason to eschew a boozy lounge on a Sunday evening and watch the darn show.
