Congrats Juliet and Andrew!

Juliet Eilperin and Andrew Ronald Light Jr. were married on Saturday in Washington. Stephen F. Eilperin, the bride’s father, a senior judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, officiated at the Swedish Embassy.

Ms. Eilperin, 37, is keeping her name. She is a reporter for The Washington Post, covering the environment and the 2008 presidential race. She is the author of ‘Fight Club Politics: How Partisanship Is Poisoning the House of Representatives’ (Rowman & Littlefield, 2007). Ms. Eilperin is on the board of the Washington Press Club Foundation. She graduated magna cum laude from Princeton. …

Mr. Light, 41, is an associate professor of philosophy and public affairs at the University of Washington in Seattle and the author of ‘Reel Arguments: Film, Philosophy and Social Criticism’ (Westview Press, 2003). In September, he will become the director of the Center for Global Ethics at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., and in August a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, a research institute in Washington.
