If you’re a blogger out there, then you know the importance of pageviews. But you can learn a lot about your audience, if you can see where your readers come from and how they found your blog instantly.
Well Blogger, owned by Google, has created a tool that will allow just that. You can use the tool in a similar fashion as Google Analytics, but it also has a real-time feature that the other analysis tools don’t have. Here’s the explanation.
You can see which posts are getting the most visits and which sites are sending traffic to your blog right now. For example, if a reader shares one of your blog posts on Twitter and the post is getting lots of clicks, you will see a traffic increase in Blogger Stats almost instantly, with the particular Tweet mentioning your post being identified as the traffic source.
Don’t worry; if you use Blogger as your platform, you can still track your stats with Google Analytics. But that real-time feature will no doubt become the industry standard.
