Amazon Prime Day is one of the most highly anticipated consumer holidays of the year. It’s a one-day-only global internet shopping bonanza. In light of this, you might imagine Amazon would have anticipated monumental amounts of traffic today and pulled out all the stops to keep things running like a well-oiled machine. But you would be wrong. Prime Day may be in full swing, but as the hours tick by, Amazon’s website continues to churn out error message after error message for its increasingly frustrated customers.
To be fair, the ecommerce giant has tried to soften the blow with an eclectic mix of adorable dog pictures alongside said error messages.
