If you can’t hear a heavy metal band performing underwater then what chance would you have of hearing a child crying for help?

Drowning is the second highest cause of accidental death among children in Portugal with 274 incidents recorded in recent years in the country. As the summer holiday begins, non-profit organization APSI (The Association for the Promotion of Child Safety) has released a campaign to showcase the dangers of a swimming pool and how quietly such accidents could happen.
