LOS ANGELES — Zenith Media, New York, has won the estimated $200 million Schering-Plough Corp. media planning and buying business. Lowe Lintas & Partners, New York, is the incumbent. Zenith was a final-round contender last year when Schering reviewed its media account but ultimately decided to keep the business at Lowe. Media Planning and Creative Media, both New York, also participated in that search. Lowe continues to handle the drugmaker’s creative account.

Sources said the client was increasingly dissatisfied with Lowe’s media operation and made the decision to switch to Zenith without a review.
