Cameo has been an undisputed winner of the pandemic economy, reaping the benefits of a celebrity class so bloated and unoccupied that recording videos for loyal fans seems like an appealing prospect. The premise of Cameo’s primary offering is simple: A fan pays a celebrity to record a custom video for a price determined by the celeb.
