Waggener Edstrom, a public relations agency famed for representing Microsoft, announced yesterday that it has become the agency of record for Roamable Corp., a wireless platform and services provider. Kim Bouic, vice president in Waggener Edstrom’s Bay Area office, will lead the Roamable account.

Based in Santa Monica, Calif., Roamable provides software that allows any e-mail enabled device to request and receive data. Companies already using the Roamable technology include MSNBC and MTV.
