LOS ANGELES Independent NYCA has won ViewSonic’s North American advertising account after a two-month review, said the agency’s chief executive officer.
“We presented a very extensive pitch—a brand video, brand book, print and online work,” explained agency CEO Michael Marks. The Encinitas, Calif.-based shop competed against five other agencies for the visual-display products company’s account, which sources estimate to be worth at least $5 million.
NYCA will immediately begin to develop branding and ad strategies to educate consumers about ViewSonic’s “new digital entertainment possibilities,” Marks said.
