DALLAS-The Vidal Partnership has won the $15-20 million Hispanic-marketing account of Cingular Wireless, a few weeks after BBDO was awarded general market duties by the client.

The other finalists in the contest for the Atlanta-based telecom’s Hispanic b usiness were The IAC Group in Miami; Dieste & Partners in Dallas; and Bromley Communications in San Antonio. HeadQuarters Advertising in San Francisco, the incumbent for SBC Wireless and BellSouth Mobile, which earlier this year merged to form Cingular, did not defend the business.
