SAN FRANCISCO — Upstart agency Venables, Bell & Partners on Tuesday named Palisades Media Group, Inc. of Los Angeles their media buyer, executives at the two agencies confirmed.

PMG will handle all media buying for the agency, including broadcast, cable, print, outdoor and new media. Palisades’ first task is to coordinate media buying for Barclays Global Investors/iShares. The team of Venables and Eleven won the business last week (Adweek, March 11).
