LONDON – The Health Education Authority, the U.K. body responsible for coordinating the government’s health awareness campaigns, including anti-smoking, heart disease, AIDS and immunization, is under the microscope. The move may signal the end of the road for the four existing HEA agencies, BMP DDB Needham, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, Butterfield Day Devito Hockney and Laing Henry.
