Bates USA and Publicis/Bloom, both in New York, have advanced to the final round in the review for the creative portion of CVS’ ad account, sources said.
Ingalls Advertising in Boston had handled both creative and media duties for the Woonsocket, R.I., drug store chain. The incumbent did not participate in the competition for the media portion of the account but did make a presentation to retain creative responsibilities.
