DETROIT Patrick Sherwood, president and chief executive of Publicis Groupe’s chemistri, will leave the agency at the end of June to pursue other ventures, according to a statement issued on Wednesday by Tom Bernardin, president of Leo Burnett Worldwide and CEO of Leo Brunett USA.

Chemistri’s chairman Gary Topolewski and COO D. Stan Fields will work with Bernardin to run the shop, with Publicis Groupe president, COO Roger Haupt continuing to serve in a senior advisory capacity.
