James Schroer, evp at Chrysler Group in charge of global sales and marketing, has resigned, Chrysler confirmed. Schroer will be replaced by Joe Eberhardt, who is vp of marketing at Mercedes-Benz USA, sources said. Schroer could not be reached for comment, but the car maker said he was leaving to become a marketing consultant.
