Schering-Plough HealthCare Cuts to Three

LOS ANGELES — Drugmaker Schering-Plough Corp.’s consumer-products business unit, Schering-Plough HealthCare Products, has cut the list of agencies in its $80 million broadcast buying review to three shops, according to sources.

Five shops had been contending before the cut, including Creative Media, Zenith Media, Horizon Media and Media Planning, all New York, plus one other undisclosed agency. It is unclear which shops advanced.

Finalists will be briefed the week of June 11 and final presentations are scheduled for next month.
