Saatchi Elevates Murphy

Saatchi & Saatchi has promoted Kevin Murphy to creative director. He will oversee the creative direction for Toyota’s national sales events, regional dealer business, certified used vehicles and other special projects. Murphy joined the agency as associate creative director and was named co-creative director of the shop’s retail group last October. One of Murphy’s recent campaigns, titled “Fuel for Thought,” highlighted Toyota’s fuel-efficient vehicles. Prior to joining Saatchi in Torrance, Calif., Murphy was co-creative director at Young & Rubicam, where he worked on the Lincoln Mercury account.
