ATLANTA The Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts has ended its relationship with Sawyer Riley Compton, sources said.

The Atlanta agency has held the estimated $10 million account since 1998. SRC handled corporate advertising globally, as well as ads promoting the Chevy Chase, Md.-based company’s 23 North American properties.

The Ritz-Carlton is owned by Marriott International and manages more than 50 luxury hotels and resorts across several continents.

Cole Henderson Drake, also of Atlanta, held the account (then estimated at $5 million) for 12 years until it opted not to participate in the 1998 review.
