Republik to Advertise Wieler Prefab Homes

ATLANTA The Republik has added Wieler to its client roster, according to the shop.

The Durham, N.C., agency said it would develop print, direct mail, broadcast and video collateral for the Pittsboro, N.C., homebuilder. Wieler chose The Republik without a review, based on its work for Zoom Culture of Chapel Hill, N.C., according to the client.

“The Republik’s work for Zoom Culture went from advertising office space to furniture,” said Nathan Wieler, founder and chief executive officer at Wieler. “They have the depth of design implementation and creativity that our company requires.”

Wieler builds prefabricated, customizable homes. Its construction process reduces expenses and allows a level of workmanship that typically costs $100-200 per square foot, the client said.

The Republik said its first work for Wieler includes advertising for its one- and two-story Greenbelt model homes. The design includes glass walls and windowed roofs, according to Wieler. Basic models start at $175,000 and will be on display later this year at the company’s Environment of Modern Living Showroom in North Carolina.

Annual billings are approximately $1 million, according to The Republik.
