Jorg Decker-Hibbel has joined Omnicom’s Rapp Collins in Dallas as svp, ecd, reporting to Becca Weigman, managing director, and Rachael Heapps, CCO in North America. With Robert Anderson, Decker-Hibbel will lead creative for clients such as Best Buy, Enterprise and Luxottica. Previously, Decker-Hibbel was with Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett, Chicago, where he worked on Samsung and the U.S. Army.
