BOSTON Psynchronous Communications, a marcom consulting practice launched last year by former agency executives Pat D’Amico and Kris Washington, recently added assignments from Albert Basse Associates and investment company Dreyfus.

For Basse, a 75-year-old commercial screen printer that works for large companies such as Dunkin’ Donuts and Stop & Shop, Psynchronous is undertaking a Web site overhaul and helping to devise an overall plan “to drive awareness, lead generation and conversion via an array of offline and online communications,” D’Amico said.
