BOSTON EarthLink is reviewing its interactive advertising account via Pile and Co., the consultancy has confirmed, though it declined to disclose details about the process.
Boston-based Pile has issued questionnaires to an undisclosed number of agencies; responses are due back later this month, according to sources.
There is no incumbent on the assignment.
Billings were not disclosed. The client spent about $5 million last year in interactive media, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
The client in March awarded creative chores on its ad account to Interpublic Group’s Lowe in New York following a review [Adweek Online, March 8].
