Foote, Cone & Belding/L.A. last week promoted recent arrival Neal Sellman to executive vp/executive creative director from his previous post as group creative director. Sellman joined FCB/L.A. in June, coming from the company’s S.F. office, where he led the creative team on Taco Bell for more than four years and developed the ‘Momma’s Got the Magic’ campaign for Clorox.
Playboy International Publishing has promoted Henry W. Marks to managing director of the firm’s International Publishing Operation. Marks was previously director of international advertising for the publication.
Caroline Larrouilh has joined Battenberg, Fillhardt & Wright Advertising in San Jose. Larrouilh comes from the client side of the business, most recently as marketing and sales director for AM/PM Publishing’s guide to fine dining, wines and entertainment in Northern California.
