It’s one thing to actually use the client’s product. But to write the definitive book on that client? Now, that’s dedication.

Phil Torrone and Chris Wiggins, who work in Fallon’s technology department, recently published Generator and Flash Demystified, a book that explains how to use the products of Fallon client Macromedia.

“It’s a new way to [use the products to] get better brand content in different interfaces,” Torrone said of the tome.

The project is not just another attempt to boost sales for the client, they said.

Torrone, who is the agency’s lead software engineer, and Wiggins, a senior digital media designer, point out they began developing the book before they joined the agency last fall.

“It’s been a two-year project for us, much to the dismay of our families,” Torrone added.
