LONDON – Insiders predict SEAT will hand its $9-million U.K. account to Hoare Wilkins, an Omnicom agency, once it leaves Leagas Delaney, which last week won the $12-million Hyundai account (ADWEEK, Sept. 6). The Spanish carmaker’s U.K. chiefs seem reluctant to house the account at Ayer, which handles SEAT in most other European markets. Officially, SEAT says it’s staying put at Leagas Delaney.
