Pitney Bowes last week launched a brand-repositioning campaign tagged, “Engineering the flow of communication.” Ads are from New York-based WPP shop OgilvyOne; sister agency Landor Associates created the overall positioning. One ad promises, “Satisfaction guaranteed or your monkey back,” then explains how inaccurate communications can lead to increased costs and angry customers.
