Conaway Calls Review of $100 Mil. Account After Month on Job
CHICAGO–New Kmart CEO Charles Conaway is expected to bring a strong customer focus to the job, a perspective that will carry over into the retailer’s review for its $100 million broadcast business.
The account was called into review less than a month after Conaway took the helm. The move had been expected by insiders, who noted that Floyd Hall, Conaway’s predecessor, was seen as the main link between Kmart and incumbent agency Campbell Mithun’s chairman Bill Dunlap and vice chairman David Tree.
