Doe-Anderson has added three new employees and promoted one staffer. Judy Downing has been hired as vice president and general manager of direct marketing. Downing comes to the Louisville, Ky., shop from Tampa, Fla., where she managed accounts at Marketing Associates. Catherine Tomiczek has been named account supervisor. Tomiczek previously worked as a group account supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare/Nelson Communication; before that, she was an account director at JMCP Touch. Carl Whitmire joins the agency as vice president and account supervisor.
